Yoga with Hannah Louise
Vinyasa classes are dynamic and help to build up strength and flexibility. My classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to more advanced. I give modifications throughout the class and offer hands on assists to help you build confidence, strength and flexibility within your body.
The aim is to help you become more in tune with your body and to leave the class feeling in a more refreshed and calm space. Please reach out with any questions you have and I look forward to welcoming you in to class and seeing you on the mat soon.

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 6 years. I did my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Dylan Ayaloo Training Academy in Sri Lanka in 2020. I am based in Chichester and have spent the last three years building up a wonderful little community of yogis.

I am passionate about health and well-being, I love nature, the outdoors, being by the coast, running, cycling and of course yoga! My aim is to help people become more connected to their breath and bodies through movement, breath awareness and breathing techniques.
